I’ve decided to switch to Saturday nights, and change the name of the show to ‘Spin Off’. Saturday night has several advantages: it starts earlier (9pm), it’s a more convenient evening for me and it’s more of a ‘late night’ night, which means, there might actually be some awake people out there. By ten pm on a Tuesday, the island is largely asleep! I have heard from quite a few people who have expressed interest but who can’t manage to stay awake that long.
Tonight my theme will be ‘Sexual Discrimination, Women and Gender’, going out with a bang! I’ll be talking, playing songs that fit the theme and talking some more, playing more music the later the night gets.
